  • DAY 10 — WHEN YOU FEEL INVISIBLE IN A ROOM FULL OF PEOPLE

    December 18, 2025
You can sit in a crowded living room and feel like a ghost. Smiling, nodding, participating, but unseen.

Depression isolates internally long before it isolates externally.

God is not like other people. He sees the internal collapse. He sees the silent screams.

You are not invisible to Him.

When You Feel Invisible in a Room Full of People

    Day 10

“You are the God who sees me.”

    —Genesis 16:13

    Narrative:

You can sit in a crowded living room and feel like a ghost. Smiling, nodding, participating, but unseen.

Depression isolates internally long before it isolates externally.

God is not like other people. He sees the internal collapse. He sees the silent screams.

You are not invisible to Him.

Supporting Scripture: Psalm 139:1–12; Matthew 6:6

    Questions:

    1. When did you last feel unseen?
    2. What did you wish someone noticed?
    3. How can you show up for yourself today?

    Prayer:

God, see me. Notice me where others don’t. Stay close when I feel invisible. Amen.
