Not every wound bleeds. Some pain is hidden behind uniforms, laughter, or silence.
Whether you’re on the job or holding the one who is, there are unseen battles being carried. Stress, guilt, fear, trauma.
The gift of love is noticing what others miss; and being gentle with it.
Romance can be as simple as a soft voice, a forehead kiss, or a whispered “You don’t have to carry this alone.”
Today, speak life by carrying a little extra. Give your spouse space, grace, or support—even if you don’t know what’s weighing them down.

Leave your spouse a note or voice message that says, “I see your strength, but I’m here for the weight you don’t show, too.”
Prayer:
