Thirty Days of Courage, Five Minutes with God—A Lifetime of Strength.

    Dear Beloveds,

When We Fight For Each Other

“For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers of this present darkness.”

    —Ephesians 6:12

Sometimes, it feels like we’re fighting each other, but the truth is, we’re often fighting the same enemy. Whether it’s stress, fear, or misunderstandings, the battle isn’t between us, it’s a force outside that wants to tear us apart.

Instead of turning on each other, let’s fight for each other—with words, with grace, with love. Fight with understanding, forgiveness, and patience.

In your marriage, romantic love is the greatest weapon to deflect negativity and attack the root causes of strife. When you fight together, you grow stronger, not just in love but in unity.

    Speak Life Prompt:

During an argument or misunderstanding, choose to speak life and stand with your spouse, not against them. (Ex: “I’m with you on this. Let’s find a solution together.”)

    Prayer:

“God, help me to see my spouse through your eyes in moments of conflict. Help me fight for them and not against them.”

    The badge requires your courage.

    Your marriage deserves it too.

Let’s speak life — every single day.

Marriage is a battlefield—but you don’t fight alone. God’s got your six, and so do I.

With fierce love and holy defiance.

    Now go speak some life.

    With heart and honor,

    Tammy M. Ingram
