  • Power Of Prayer For Decimation Of Deadly Pestilence At Folsom State Prison

    September 12, 2020
    Power of Prayer

Power Of Prayer For Decimation Of Deadly Pestilence At Folsom State Prison

Loved ones, family and friends of those incarcerated, our beloveds are scared and sick with this oubreak of COVID in our prisons, and they need us to be loving, be caring, and BE THERE!

The Lord made very clear to us during prayer for Folsom State Prison Friday what we needed to do regarding this outbreak of chaos and COVID spread overwhelming those incarcerated, along with the staff. In order to release a covering of peace and healing, we needed to fast and start praying specifically for the leadership of CDCR and, most importantly, Warden Hill.

Warden Hill is under tremendous stress with the COVID outbreak along with governmental alliances. He needs prayers for his own hedge of protection and sanity.

I understand we would rather cast blame and become paralyzed with fear, and I am no different than all y’all, but right now we need to replace that anxiety and anger and ask for forgiveness first and then fast. Then we can release prayers for supernatural deployment of eternal plans, recalibration and auxiliary to decimate this pestilence that stalks in the darkness and the plague that destroys at midday.  All in Jesus’ beautiful and mighty name!

Forego your Happy Hour of wine and cheese and fast it by prayers and petitions instead; forget the chocolate and replace it by chewing on God’s Word; turn the TV/PHONE off for an hour and sit in the presence of God praising Him for who He is and His Divine intervention.

Sometimes God allows crisis to occur in order to bring His people together and to glorify Him through our radiance of worship and obedience.

Prayer and forgiveness requires both attitude and action.  If you have a loved one or friend incarcerated and/or are a Christian, this is not to be considered a sacrifice, this should be our heart’s desire!  Every life matters!

    Until next time…
