The Practice Of Forgiveness Is Our Most Important Contribution To The Healing Of The World – Marianne Williamson

Oh, how I love short and meaningful posts that I can tuck into the folds of my heart to help keep me focused on what matters.

We’re all grieving a loss of some magnitude with COVID-19 running rampant through our lives, whether it’s financial, sickness. loss of employment, social distancing, time or abundancy.

Provision matters and when we’re robbed with many unknowns, we forget the blessings of just being, being present, with peace.

Without peace, we lose direction and self-control. All the hate and division in the world unravels and gives birth to chaos and crisis adding more trauma to innocent lives.

I pray we might search our hearts and find grace to let go of the hurts that are festering. We’re living in a world today that is full of volatile people. Hurts breed bitterness and hate; and hate stirs violence.

Hurt people hurt others, but healed people heal!

Forgiveness soothes our parched souls and pours out living waters that our Beautiful Jesus offers. Talk about contributing healing to those occupying space in our worlds.

If you look at the world, you’ll be distressed. If you look within, you’ll be depressed. If you look at God, you’ll be at rest – Corrie Ten Boom

The practice of forgiveness is our most important contribution to the healing of the world.

If we want to help ourselves and society in bringing humankindness, all we have to do is practice forgiveness and receive the peace that surpasses all knowledge..

    We all win!!!

    Until next time…
