Tammy Tangent Tuesdays

Hello Beautiful!  I pray last week’s challenge blessed you with the opportunity to understand just how beautiful and cherished you are, to God and to society, and that it filled you with the courage to always be kind to yourself!  There’s only one Beautiful You, designed in His image and Love (Genesis 1:27), so never forget how unique you are!!! ♥

Guess what, it’s time to come together and pray!  When we’re not loving on ourselves, it’s hard to ask ourselves to love on others. This week’s Tammy Tangent Tuesdays is to give back to the community through the love and support offered through the most powerful weapon God equipped us with:  prayer! ♥

This weekly challenge is to grab your friends, your family, your kids, your church members, don’t forget the youth, and pray for each other, our nation and our leaders, along with our communities.  Let’s tap into that power of what two or more praying together according to the will of God unleashes (Matthew 18:19-20).  Let’s come together and ask; He will provide a way!

Let’s show our communities and each other the benefits of prayer and community, girlfriend!  I don’t know about you, but I love my girlfriends who pray with me through love and encouragement!  We need Warriors for Christ who will take a stance and pray that our lives and families will emulate what God designed us to be and the roles we are to resume by and through His authority!  This is where women can be powerful and vital members of the Body of Christ!  Prayer is potent power and it moves mountains!

I know we are all tired and depleted; so let’s take this weekly challenge as an opportunity to give back to our communities through prayer while remembering our unique roles in claiming our inheritance!  If the kids are becoming rather rambunctious, what a better way to get them focused on the cross than to come together in thought and concentration by making a cross with a few of their friends.  What a great outlet to talk about Christ with our kids and their friends while having fun.  It takes away that awkwardness of introducing Jesus and the many reasons He came with having fun making the cross through the need and dependance of each other.  It takes each other to build the community of Christ and it cannot be done alone (1 Corinthians 12:12).  We all have an integral part in the body of Christ so our value and worth is an instrumental link!

This is actually harder than it looks, or maybe it’s just my impaired mentality these days. But it takes concentration and it really focuses on what is important:  Jesus and each other!  The best part is taking the picture!

Don’t forget to take a picture and post back!  I love pictures of community involvement!  It’s that selfless sacrifice full of love that sets us apart from the world and brings unity within the community!  We need each other! ♥
